Not all value-added taxes paid under the rental program apply to a purchase. 7. If the customer wishes to negotiate the instrument for a larger size, payments will continue under the same lease. All compensation charges due for the instrument to be processed must be recovered prior to the issuance of the new instrument. 9. Insurance and maintenance are included in the rental agreement. The insurance covers all damage caused to the instrument above the deposit. Damage that is not considered normal wear and tear will be deducted from the bond. The ropes are replaced as part of regular maintenance when frayed or damaged. Broken wires are considered damages whose costs are deducted from the deposit.

The cost of all repairs is charged at Beau Vinci`s usual rates. In the event of a total loss of the instrument (repair costs would exceed the cost of replacing the instrument) due to fire, theft or damage, the deposit will be used to cover our instrument replacement costs. In the event of a fire or theft, OFAP would need evidence in the form of a fire report, a police report or a report from a school official. The customer would be exempt from any other liability. 3. A deposit must be paid at the time of the tenancy. The deposit is due at the time of the tenancy; Violin No. 100, Viola 150, cello 200 and 300 euros bass. This down payment will be fully refunded in accordance with the terms of page 1, point 3 of this agreement. If the client wishes to acquire an instrument from the OFAP collection after the return of the rental instrument, the deposit and all rental costs may be charged on the purchase of an instrument for sale in the COLLECTION of THEOS. Beau Vinci Violins refunds this deposit in the form of a cheque or card refund to the customer within 30 days of the end of the rental agreement, provided that the instrument is in an appropriate condition (see item 8 below), unless the tenant acquires an instrument and applies the deposit to the purchase of an instrument.

10. If the client wishes to acquire an instrument from the OFAP collection after the return of the rental instrument, the remaining bonds and 100% of the rental costs may be charged on the purchase price of instruments in the following price ranges: 1. The instrument remains the property of Beau Sons, LLC. (BVV) throughout the rental period. 8. The customer may terminate the lease at any time without further commitment, provided the device is returned in an appropriate condition. The proper condition means that the device has all the essential parts and is free of cracks, fractions or cosmetic damage. Small nicks and little things are considered, at Beau Vinci`s discretion, to be acceptable normal wear. (6) The non-recovery of the funds results, without exception, in the immediate recovery of the instrument and all funds paid so far expire.
