NACA has many qualified buyers (i.e. mortgages). If our internal brokers are not able to handle the large number of members, we refer qualified members to external real estate agents. There are a lot of agents who want to be an NACA referendum officer. We have a limited number to provide them with a consistent number of qualified NACA members. We select Referral Agents based on the quality of the services they provide to our members and the number of people who refer them to NACA. To request a referral agency, the recommendation agreement must be finalized and emailed to NACA`s real estate department in [email protected]. Under the agreement, NACA receives 35% of the buyer`s or seller`s share in the commission (i.e. not the listing share) in the closing of the loan.
